Bai brands brought in BIG to help develop positioning strategies and to better understand their core customer and prospects. Working in tandem with large data segmentation specialists, BIG was asked to dig deeper through ethnography and in depth interviews to better understand the need states and behavioral keys to driving customer passion and loyalty. BIG also worked with brand leadership to refine internal branding efforts to recognize elite performers who exemplify the brand at its best.
